IronWill is a habit-tracking application designed to help users "forge" better habits and temper their will. Developed by rehmandev, IronWill is built with a "privacy-by-design" approach, operating entirely offline on your device without collecting or transmitting your personal data to external servers.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

IronWill does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal identity information with the developer or any third parties. This includes:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Real-time location data (GPS)
• Device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, Advertising ID)
• Browser history or network traffic information
• Financial records or payment methods

The app does not require account registration, and we have no way of identifying who you are or viewing your logged activities.

3. Local Data Stored on Your Device

To provide its core functionality, IronWill processes specific information that you provide. This data is stored strictly in a local database (Room) on your mobile device.

This includes:

• Habit Data: Details of the habits you have created and are currently forging.
• Strike History: Records of your daily progress and strike streaks stored locally.
• App Preferences: Your theme settings and configuration choices stored via DataStore/SharedPreferences.

This data is not accessible to the developer, is never uploaded to a cloud, and is permanently deleted if you clear the app data or uninstall the application.

4. Permissions

IronWill is designed to be lightweight and non-intrusive. It does not request sensitive Android permissions such as:

• Camera or Microphone access
• Contacts or Call logs
• Precise Location
• External File Storage (Photos/Media)

The app may use standard system permissions to facilitate the "Contact Developer" feature (via external mail apps) or to ensure settings are preserved correctly.

5. Third-Party Services

IronWill is a clean experience focused on your personal growth. The app does not use:

• Advertising SDKs or tracking networks
• External Analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase)
• Cloud synchronization services
• Social media integrations

6. Children's Privacy

IronWill is suitable for all ages and does not contain age-restricted content. Since the app does not collect any personal information or transmit data online, it is fully compliant with privacy standards regarding children.

7. Data Security

Your data’s security is as strong as your device's security. Because your habits and progress are stored locally, they are protected by Android’s built-in sandbox environment, which prevents other apps from accessing IronWill's data. We recommend using a secure screen lock on your device.

8. International Data Transfers

IronWill does not perform any data transfers. Your information never leaves your physical device, meaning no international data processing occurs.

9. User Control

You maintain absolute control over your data:

• Edit/Delete: You can modify or delete individual habits or strike records at any time.
• Reset: Clearing the app cache/data in Android Settings will wipe all stored habits and settings.
• Removal: Uninstalling the app removes all data associated with IronWill.

We may update this policy if new features are added. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
